Women have always been concerned with the shape of their body. Its almost a complete obsession with some. You think your too fat, too skinny or not much of anything. Its an on going battle that can take a life time to get over. One thing that I have always said is, " If your healthy, you should be happy". The rest of it will fall into place. Other words don’t look at the size and shape of your body, focus on your health.
If you strive to eat well and exercise, the rest is becomes a non issue. Its just that simple. I wouldn’t take a second thinking about how to lose or gain any weight, instead do what’s right for your body.
I have always focused on foods that keep the body clean and running like a well oiled machine. Foods high in fiber, proteins and plant based oils. Oils such as coconut butter and olive oil. They have been proven to be beneficial to the health of men and women off all ages. So don’t be so quick to dis-guard fatty foods.
Women need to workout, I would say even more than men. Women have more of a dependency on hormones, especially as they age. Just as men see a drop in testosterone levels, women go through a drop off in estrogen and begin a hormone imbalance that can last years. It can also start at a younger age than previously thought.
One way to fend off the natural decline is through exercise. On of the best ways to stay in shape is through weight lifting. It can strengthen muscle, the heart as well as the bones. One of my favorite routines can be found at ButtBuilr.com. It may be labels as a Bigger Butt workout. But the fact is, high intensity routines are the most beneficial and provide results quicker. Running jogging and other types of exercise programs are more popular with women, but weight training is starting to take hold.
Weight training buts stress on the entire body, with adequate nutrition and rest period, you will see results. So don’t just be scared, do what’s right for your body and get your curves by staying fit!
